Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY Delivery Time of shipment is normally 3-5 business days after verification of payment. All non available items will be back ordered and money refunded back within 20 business days of non shipment of specified back order merchandise. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. You will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation email and in the order summary in your account. Customer Service will give notice of receipt of payment and shipment via email. A tracking number via UPS/FEDEX/USPS will be provided once shipment is made.
Rushing Shipping Options
If you choose this option, every effort will be made to ensure that your package leaves our warehouse within 48 hours. The rush option does not guarantee that the item will be shipped on the same day. It is guaranteed however, to leave our warehouse within 48 hours of the day you placed your order and funds were received. An additional cost will be incurred to you for using this option, which will be billed when merchandise is purchased via CoolCrappystuff.com .
International Shipping
We do not guarantee that all items you have ordered will be accepted by the local customs of your country. If in any case your package is rejected and returned back to us, refunds will be issued within 90 days from the date we receive the package minus a 25% restocking fee. To ensure that the items you ordered are allowed entry into your country, you should check with your local custom representative office for details.
Lost Shipments and Returns- International and Domestic
A flat 25% shipping and handling fee will be retained for initial materials used for - shipping, insurance, packaging materials, and paypal fees for all Returns and Lost shipments. Please contact customerservice@coolcrappystuff.com for questions. Lost shipments will have a 'tracer' placed on item within 30 days after non delivery of merchandise. Based on shipping company, a claim can be placed with the shipper for lost mercandise.
